Tech Monkeys was founded by two friends with a passion for technology and customer service. The original two Monkeys saw an opportunity to serve the community where there was a severe lack. They knew this could only be done properly by providing much needed solutions and quality services combined with reasonably priced computer support with a high focus on customer satisfaction and much more . After our evaluation of the services provided and speaking with many local consumers, we knew right away that the Albany region and Saratoga Springs areas as well as the areas in all directions around us were severely lacking in customer service and engineers with the skills necessary to provide world class service.
