Service Fees

All on-site service calls are subject to a $125 service fee, which covers travel time and initial diagnostics. This fee is due at the time of service and is non-refundable.

Scope of Work

Tech Monkeys will perform services as agreed upon with the client. Any additional work outside the original scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.

Data Responsibility

While we take every precaution to protect your data, the client is responsible for maintaining backups prior to service. Tech Monkeys is not liable for data loss during repair, upgrade, or installation work.

Warranty & Liability

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. Tech Monkeys is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from services provided.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being charged the service fee.
